my computer is infected with spyware and I urgently need to know if microsoft spyware software will work.
I looked up anti-spyware scans on Google and saw some many of them. I know a lot of them are pain and some can’t be trusted. I’m looking for a fast, free, and trustworthy yet effective anti-spyware scan. I don’t want any of my computer fies screwed up.Can someone recommend a TRUSTED one?
I have this bug on my computer called W32/Patcher.It turns out my mcafee program can’t quarantine this problem that I have.Does know any good spyware removal programs that can get rid of the bug

I’m pretty positive I just got a virus or spyware. My net goes real slow, I keep getting popups, and somehow it changes my google searches. I see in m task manager a ew weird things runing, like chkntfs.exe, and v6.exe. What is a good FREE spyware removal? Last time I used what was supposed to be a good free one, it deleted a system file so I’m wary. And I can’t search google because this thing won’t let me. Help please!!

I have McAfee as a virus scan but I need a spyware scan. I got an really old version of ewido I use but won’t update.
I’m looking for suggestions of a good, free program to remove spyware and other possible viruses/issues if possible; what is the best out there?
I’m currently using avast anti-virus and am looking for something to run with it. If anyone knows of a free anti-spyware program out there that won’t slow my computer down and updates itself I would greatly appreciate it.
For a virus scanner I am using Avira Antivir and I use adaware sometimes for spyware, but my computer has been lagging something terrible lately. Little random things happen, and I know there has to be some spyware or malware on this bad boy. I don’t want a trial thing, or something that scans it and then tells me I have to pay to remove it. I really need some input, please.
