How do I get Microsoft Antispyware 2010 off a computer without internet?

My friend is freaking out that her comp’s internet won’t connect because of Microsoft antispyware 2010.
A couple of sites recommend Malware Bytes, but how do I get that on her computer without the internet working.
Is there anyway I can put it on a flashdrive or a disk?
Or are there any other ways to get it off without the internet?
